FESTIVAL TAC - DEL 24 AL 28 DE MAYO DE 2006

NOTAS DE CARACTER ORGANIZATIVO / RENSEIGNEMENTS PRATIQUES / ORGANIZATIONAL NOTES:

1.- La Organización invitará, SÓLAMENTE a los PROGRAMADORES, EMPRESAS DE DISTRIBUCIÓN O DIRECTORES DE FESTIVAL, a la comida principal y les facilitará las localidades para los espectáculos que se soliciten antes del 10 de mayo. Les informamos que, ante el crecimiento del Festival, se ha establecido un cupo limitando el número de acreditados, por los que les rogamos agilicen su inscripción para asegurar la participación.

Le Festival prendra en charge uniquement le repas de midi des PROGRAMMATEURS, DIFFUSEURS OU DIRECTEURS DE FESTIVAL. Ceux-ci devront faire la demande de tickets pour les spectacles avant le 10 mai. Avertissement: L’importance que prend le Festival nous oblige à limiter le nombre d’inscriptions des professionnels, on vous prie donc de faire votre inscription dans les meilleurs délais.

The Festival will only invite the PROGRAMMERS, DISTRIBUTION ENTERPRISES and FESTIVAL’S DIRECTORS to have lunch and will provide them with the tickets for the performances, requested before 10th May. In view of the Festival’s growing, the Organization have set a limit for the attendants, so please, send your application as soon as possible in order to ensure your participation.

2.- El alojamiento correrá a cargo de los asistentes, debiendo realizar la reserva directamente en el Hotel seleccionado con la suficiente antelación. Les advertimos que, en estos días, se celebrará en Valladolid otro importante acontecimiento paralelo al Festival, por lo que les recomendamos realicen su reserva lo antes posible.

Le logement est à la charge des participants qui devront faire leur réservation dans l’hôtel de leur choix. On vous conseille de réserver le plus tôt possible, car aux mêmes dates du Festival un évènement très important aura lieu dans notre ville et pourrait poser des problèmes de disponibilité de chambres d’hôtel

Attendants will be in charge of their own accommodation and they will directly have to make the reservation with the hotel enough in advance. Please, notice that another important event will be celebrated during these days. So, we recommend you to booking as soon as possible.

3.- La Organización ha concertado, en diferentes establecimientos, tarifas especiales para los asistentes al Festival. Les adjuntamos los precios junto a esta ficha de inscripción.

L’organisation du Festival en concertation avec différents établissements hôteliers a fixé des tarifs réduits pour les participants au Festival. Vous trouverez ci-joint ces tarifs ainsi que les fiches d’inscription.

The Festival has agreed a hotel special price for the attendants. Please, check the document in attachment.
